Question : I have a serious problem of bleeding gums.What should I do?

Vitamin C deficiency

Hi,

Tea drinkers, fruit dislikers have Vitamin C deficiency.

I wish you should first test with Dentist and also for Bleeding time, clottting time and other coagulation factors tests. It could be gingivitis. Change to extra soft brush or try with finger.

Try to eat at least one citrus fruit per day and avoid tea.
