Question : I have a lump near my ear lobe around the jawline that is now bleeding, I've had the lump for some time now and it's bleeding quite a bit.

A photo of the lump is needed ti assist you more specifically.

A bleeding lump is to be further evaluated through biopsy after physical examination depending of course on lump size.

So, I highly recommend to go to ER for immediate evaluation.
