Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Scar

Question : My husband has a scar/birth mark on his head , no hair grows there. Out of no where the " sci-fi" looking scar started bleeding while in the shower. He is disabled now after a Bad 4 wheeling accident but I am more concern about this scar. It has not bleed in 50 yrs he stated. It does not hurt. I did suggest he see his DR but he told me it is nothing. I am thinking there might be something wrong.

I can say this . I know is Triglycerides are very high. He is on meds for this. I also do know he gets an UTI from time to time from the catheters.

I am so sorry to hear about this scar that has bled recently. I will like to know if this scar has changed in appearance before it bled. Also, did he report any trauma to this area or fall?

Please, I would appreciate a photo image of this area so that I can inspect and see if what the other possibilities could be. High triglyceride levels cannot explain this and is not the reason for this bleed.
