Question : Ive had 3 of these sores for a while, it bleeds all the time, what does it look like

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like an abscess, a bacterial infection.
You mentioned that it continuously bleeds which suggest presence of a sinus tract.
Sinuses are common in peri anal area.
I treat such cases with oral antibiotics and topical mupirocine ointment.
It gives temporary relief but you must meet a surgeon to rule out sinus.
