Question: I have a small cut under my penis head that started out blister like 3 months ago. it has started to heal but breaks open if I masturbate or have sex. I have no other symptoms except for a small pink rash on the right side. nothing itches.

I have read your query and have seen the attachments.
I understand your concern.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Herpes progenitalis. It is viral infection of skin caused by Herpes simplex virus 2 acquired by sexual contact. It is characterised by grouped fluid filled lesions on erythematous base associated with burning sensation or pain. The blisters usually burst open to form erosion in a day or two followed by healing within 7-10days.
It is a highly recurring condition. It seems that your lesions are not healed properly and so it reappear during sexual activity or masturbation.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin 2 percent over the affected area with oral antivirals like Acyclovir. Acyclovir is given orally and is started within 48-72 houra of onset of lesions to prevent further recurrences.
I will advise you to get your IgG and IgM antibodies for HSV 1 and HSV 2.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and order tests for you.
