Brief Answer:
Possibly fungal infection of the affected skin triggered by heat...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested information.

Taking into account all your new data, I can say that the red spots (blister) noted in between your breasts and under your breasts are due to skin fungal infection precipitated by the heat.

I advise to:
- keep the affected area well dry
- take bathe with clotrimazole shampoo twice a week when there is a break out
- apply clotrimazole or miconazole cream locally when break out
- apply anti-septic/anti-itching powder to keep it dry

Hope it was of help!
Dr.Albana
