Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I read carefully your query.
All the symptoms you have described headache, high blood pressure, mouth sores ,easy bruising ,unexplained nosebleeds are possible side effects of Diclofenac .
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs).
All NSAIDs can cause side effects like increased blood pressure, gastrointestinal bleeding or easy bruising ,nosebleeds ,stomach pain etc.
Voltaren gel that you are using is a trade name for Diclofenac topical.Using them together may have increased the risk for side effects.
If the symptoms you had of mouth sores and high blood pressure persist I would suggest to stop taking Diclofenac and consult your treating doctor for evaluation.
Continue to rise you mouth with an antiseptic mouthwash or with warm salt water.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
