Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and evaluated the picture you have provided.

It seem that the blisters due to contact dermatitis is infected.Probably you need to get it drained.
You should consult your doctor for proper management.
The doctor will use a sterile needle to drain the liquid inside the blister without removing the skin (because this increases the risk of infections). He will apply an antiseptic or antibiotic cream and bandage the area.

It is not recommended to drain the lesion itself because it can get infected and you can make the things worse.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,

Hello again.

You should not drink alcohol (including wine) while you are taking antibiotics. This increases the risk of experiencing side effects. This is true especially for some antibiotics like Metronidazole ,Bactrim ,Linezolid etc.

Mixing alcohol with Bactrim can cause side effects like stomach upset, nausea ,vomiting ,headache, fast heartbeats or flushing.
I would suggest to avoid drinking alcohol or drinking it in small amounts (probably only one glass) and several hours apart Bactrim.

Hope it helps.
Kind regards,

Dr.Rovena

Brief Answer:
Don't stop the antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

No,this is not ok.
You should not stop the antibiotic for 24 h and then start it again.Thia can give the bacteria time to develop bacterial resistence.
Don't stop the antibiotic but you can drink moderatly (1 -2 glasses of wine )if this is so important to you.

Take care
