Question : I have some blisters in my nose that are spreading and don't know what to use to keep it from spreading
Brief Answer:
Folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed folliculitis.
It is a common infection of nasal cavity.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antibiotic.
Ointment mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week and tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for the same duration works well.
You can try these in consultation with your doctor.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
