Question: I have blister like patches in the roof of my mouth started as burning a few weeks ago was given nystatin took for week, burning went away now have the blisters and burning is back

it sounds like the roof of your mouth was affected by either a chemical burn or a temperature burn. it can take a long time for the roof of your mouth to heal.
I usually encourage patients to use swish and swallow solutions such as nystatin, or Maalox or Mylanta. I am confident that over time you will start to see some symptomatic improvement.
