Question : I've been have some issues lately with my stomach. I have been feeling fuller more quickly and unable to eat as much as I normally do, even if I'm very hungry. My stomach doesn't hurt but I can always "feel" it, if that makes sense. Along with these symptoms, I am also having trouble with my bladder. I'll have a really strong urge to urinate and my bladder will feel incredibly uncomfortable. When I go to urinate, it seems like a small amount. I've been urinating more frequently as well. I've never had any of these symptoms before and they seem to have started around the same time. A CBC, CMP, full STD panel, and Urinalysis have all returned unremarkable. I am an otherwise healthy 22 year old male. I look forward to any advice or guidance you can provide.

Brief Answer:
Gastritis/ urogenital issues

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
I read your query and understood your concerns.

1. You are experiencing a stomach discomfort that may be related to:
- Gastritis,
- Gallbladder issues
- Anxiety.

In order to find out what is causing your symptoms I would recommend the following examinations:
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy

2. With regard to bladder issues it may related also to urogenital problems. If you was my patient I would have recommended:
- Abdominal ultrasound that detect any kidney or urogenital tract problems
- Urine culture( even your urinalysis is normal)
- Sperm analysis
Still that I suggest to :
-use plenty of water
- avoid alcohol, smoking, carbonated drinks
-use antacid
-try to eat fruits and vegetables.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi, Doctor. Thank you for the response.

Could you please elaborate on why you would recommend a sperm analysis? Do you suspect something could be wrong with that?

Detailed Answer:
Hi back XXXX,

I have ordered sperm analysis to evaluate about ureteral infection. Often genital ( urethral, prostate, scrotal) infection have similar symptoms like bladder infection.

I don't suspect nothing about numbers or spermatozoid morphology.

Hope it was helpful.

wishing you all the best.
