Brief Answer:
need some more details; lifestyle modifications.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

I need some more details to guide you in a better way:

Since how many days you have hot flashes?
Are you taking any medicines?
Weight loss? XXXXXXX other significant medical issue like diabetes, thyroid disorders or any other?

Anyhow, some lifestyle modifications and herbal remedies can help you in hot flashes.
1. Practice slow and deep breathing.
2. Avoid hot and spicy food and caffeinated drinks.
3. Increase vitamin B and E and calcium intake.
4. Increase soy protein intake.
5. Exercise regularly.
6. Consider meditation, yoga for stress relief.
7. Drink plenty of water for bloating. Antacids like pantoprazole can help in bloating.
7. Hormone-regulating herbs (e.g., Macafem) can be considered the safest way to treat hot flashes naturally as the body creates its own hormones and doesn't require any outside ones.
Your gynecologist can help you with the doses, if further drug treatment is required.

Arthritis can also be due to hormonal imbalance at this age. Increase calcium intake.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Take care.
Thanks.
