Question : Dear sir, i am having a tendency to clear my bowl every time going out with a fear that i may urency to pass stool when engaged because of this i suffer from bloating abdomen rumbling of flatus in rectum.what drug shalli take

no regular abd pain, no chronic constipation,diarrohea no smoking,alchol occasional non veg very rarelly use pain killers, usg,endosope normal,frequent bloating abd,heart burn relived by digine tablet,very mild pain abd with bloating relived by cyclopam,rectal examination normal

It seems you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
I advise following in such situations:
1. To take drug like chlordiazepoxide.
2. To take Mebeverine which relaxes the gut.
3. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
4. To do relaxation.
5. Eat soft, bland diet
6. Don't smoke or consume alcohol.

thanking u sir, pls inform the dosage of chlodiazepoxide,mebeverine.i wiil be greatlly thankfull to u if u guide me for my noctornal cramps which i suffer frequently in my toes,calf muscle and aductor longus of thigh with severe pain for 1 hour.MY electrolytes are normal.urea 30 creatinine1.10 sodium129 potassium4.57 pbs161 on metformin1000mg bid.i tried carnitor500mg bid,epitril.5od gabapentin300mgod.MY BP120/70 ON TELMA-H40mg nebistar5mg rosuvas 20mg my wt 85kgs

Start with Librex 10 mg twice daily and Tablet Colospa twice daily.
I have mentioned the commonly available trade names. But you might require prescription.
Now you have also complained about Muscle pain. This might be a result of Rosuvastatin that you are taking.
I want to know since when are you taking Rosuvas 20 and since when are you having muscle pains.
