Brief Answer:
Features are suggestive acid reflux disease.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Hi & Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concern.

After having gone through your history I am of the opinion that you have some sort of acidity related problem due to reflux which is commonly referred to as Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Take a course of Proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole along with Domperidone one hour before breakfast once daily for at least 4 weeks.

Beside, avoid hot and spicy foods, eat home cooked food, take yoghurt or a glass of milk after the dinner, go to the bed at least 2-3 hrs following dinner.

Hope to have answered your query.

Best regards.
