Question : I am facing this issue of bloating and then passing gasses and burping. Not sure what is causing it because I eat home cooked food that is non spicy or oily and in fact quite normal with greens in it. Also, I do exercise though not regularly. So far I couldn't find any patterns also. Since last week I have started getting heat boils on my face, which is not usual for me, and I am clueless as to why it is happening.

You are having dyspeptic symptoms probably functional dyspepsia.
The upper GI endoscopy already done does not reveal anything.
You can get tested for H.pylori infection.

For symptom relief you can take T.Lesuride MPS three times a day before food.
