Brief Answer:
laparoscopy is a must

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is no report attached to the query but in case there is blockage in tubes then laparoscopy is a must.

In my opinion you need to start with full workup in the form of laparoscopy and hormone profile viz TSH, FSH, AMH, Prolactin and also pelvic ultrasound on day 2 for antral follicle count.
These tests will give you your fertility potential and status of ovaries and uterus.
Then in case the tubes are patent then get ovulation induction drugs with follicular study to see for release of eggs and thus timed intercourse accordingly.
But in case tubes cannot be opened then IVF (in vitro fertilization) is the only option.
Wish you all the best.
Take care. In case you have other questions I will be happy to help.
Regards
Dr Manisha
