Brief Answer:
Visit ER and get EKG done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

I have read your query,

As per the facts you have posted here and from the symptoms of sharp chest pain radiating to left arm, shoulder and back ,I will suggest you to visit ER and get your EKG done on urgent basis to rule out an underlying heart issue.

Also your blood pressure is on slightly lower side (89/56, 77/44) which also need some urgent medical attention.

The Doctor at ER will take your vitals along with EKG and will start appropriate treatment accordingly.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
