Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ear, Sore Throat And Cough

Acute sinusitis and pharyngitis with Eustachian tube catarrh...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
After going through the history, I am of the opinion that you could be suffering from Acute sinusitis along with blockage of the Eustachian tube (the tube connecting nose and the ear) and acute pharyngitis.
Dizziness could be either due to the infection spreading into the inner ear or because of the nasal & sinus block.
As you have already taken antibiotics, I would suggest you the following:
1. Drink plenty of warm water
2. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day, for 2 minutes
3. Use saline nasal spray every 2nd hourly
4. Take OTC pain relievers
5. Avoid chilled food and beverages/coffee/smoking
With the above measures you should definitely be alright. If you are not getting better with the above measures, consult an apt ENT specialist for further evaluation and management.
Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
