Question : I used ear bud to clean my ear but post that it feels like something is blocked in my clear and there is continuous zzzzz sound in that ear. Also as it seems that something is blocked so i am able hear less from that ear (right ear). Can you please recommend me next remedy actions please.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
You have probably pushed some wax back on to the drum causing all these symptoms. Put wax rid ear drops 3 times a day for few days and than get the ears cleaned up by an ENT SPECIALIST. Don't try self cleaning very deep as it can injure the drum.
