You said that the left fallopian tube is blocked. I assume that the right fallopian tube and uterus is normal. If so you neednot worry, you can still have a baby..

Get a follicular study from day 11 of periods to see whether your ovulation is normal. How long have you been trying for pregnancy? If it is more than 1 year, you can take ovulation induction drug and follow up with follicular study to have a timed intercourse ..
