Brief Answer:
Paracetamol drops and Saline nasal drops need to be given

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I am sorry to hear that your child is suffering from fever. It is not uncommon for children to catch cold.
* You need to give Paracetamol Drops 7 drops to your child to bring down the temperature.
* Give Nasoclear Nasal Drops (saline drops) 1 drop to each nostril as and when required, to relieve the nasal block.
* Take the child to a pediatrician and get him examined, especially if the child is not feeding well or has become lethargic.
* Please continue breast feeding the baby.

Hope that helps.
