Question: I have allergy during early morning it will start during 3:30 AM or 4:00 AM at this time my nose blocked and i feel irritation in my nose and also i had this problem 3-4 years back but it stopped but again it started and although i used to close windows before sleeping dont know why its started again

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

In some people with allergy it is seen that symptoms are more in early morning hours. This is bcos the natural secretions of nose and throat get accumulated there thus causing symptoms whereas during day time they get automatically cleared by natural defence mechanisms which are not active during sleep.

You may take an antialergic like montair lc at night for some time along with nasal spray like flixonase or metaspray .I am sure this will be of help.
