Question : After having sex with my wife last night I noticed would seems to be a friction blood blister on the shaft of my penis
Should I put neosprin on it
It's not open oozing

Keep it pressure free.
Avoid sexual intercourse till it is fully absorbed.
Local neosporin will soothen the discomfort and can be used till the blister recovers fully. Candid-B is also a good alternative.
