if you are bleeding from the teeth , you have to meet the local dentist and doctor may ask you to get done scaling/cleansing.
You have keep your mouth n teeth in hygiene condition
Brush twice daily, morning and night after food.
Use mouth lozenges
Maintain healthy gums.
For your stomach gas problem you can use, Syrup Gasonil or Gas X
