Brief Answer:
STD panel, Urine R/E, C/S of discharge

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The lesions could be due to an STD, an allergy , infection ( dry patch , injured and superimposed infection ). Its responsible of you , to have abstained from intercourse till your diagnosis is confirmed. You should get a urine R/E , STD panel done after the lesions are examined by your physician. Any discharge should be sampled for microscopy and Culture/sensitivity testing. If appropriate, You may upload a good quality picture of the lesions/area to have a better look at them.

Please consult your doctor before deciding on any further course of action.

wishing you best of health
