Question : I woke up at 3am vomitting phelm or dry heaves slightly yellow, this lasted until 2pm. I am feeling slighly better, but I now noticed there is blood in the phelm. which is clear otherwise...that has been going on since 3pm.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
You are having hemoptysis (blood in sputum).
Common causes for hemoptysis are bronchitis,pneumonia,tuberculosis,lung cancer etc.
So if you are smoker than you should get done chest x ray to rule out these causes.
If chest x ray is normal than possibility of friction bleeding is more.
So take antihistamine drug.
