Question : I just ate a big dinner and.my blood sugar tested at 543 I never had diabetes but have had some.symptoms.

First, sugars that suggest diabetes have to be diagnosed with FBS PPBS. What you have done is a random sugar and as you said, after a large meal.

To say it is a possible diabetes, we need to test
FBS
PPBS
HBA1C.
