I can understand your concern and i had gone through your photo.
From just being in a hotel room(using dirty bed sheets) by your self, you're not likely to get an std and they are not likely to be passed on out side of having sex. They don't last for long periods of time when they are out side of the body.
If you're worried about it just ask them to change the bedding for you.
The most you could get from a dirty hotel room is bed bugs or crabs.
For your rashes you take tab Levocitrezine 10 mg daily for 1 week.You can take opinion from Dermatologist if it is not reduced.
