Brief Answer:
Sinus infection could be the reason

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

It's good that you don't smoke.

A blood sugar levels of 135 is high if it is a fasting blood sugar level. If so then probably you have diabetes for which you need to get evaluated properly.

Recurrent sinus infection can also cause breathing problem, can give you a severe headache and if infection approach orbital area it can also cause a blurred vision.

Your feeling of being sleepy all time is explained by the anti allergy medicine which you are taking as they cause drowsiness.

So my advise to you is that you should consult a ENT specialist personally, get yourself throughly examined and evaluated.

I hope this information will guide you in right direction and have answered your query. If you have any more doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap
