Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
There can be possibility of migraine headache if headache if unilateral or bilateral, throbbing, sensitivity to light or sound.
You can take amitryptiline or Sibelium along with pain killers for releif.
Additionally prevention by lifestyle modifications should be done like timely food, proper sleep, avoiding triggers like fasting, chocolate, coffee, sunlight.
If headache is severe with vomiting and blurring is continous then get examined by a neurologist for need of brain imaging and further work up.
