Question : I have had blurred vision, the shakes all over, feel very weak and tired. Have not been able to sleep so I have been taking over the counter sleep aids. Just feel more tired in the morning when I take them. Any ideas? This has been going on for four weeks.

You could have blood sugar problems and or blood pressure problems too.

Welcome to HCM. The cause can be vast, the most common is electrolyte imbalance, this will need an initial blood draw to eliminate things like diabetes. And your initial contact can provide a good grasp of your blood pressure. Thyroid disease also comes to mind, with this broad spectrum of what could be wrong it is better to have a formal physical exam to proceed in the correct direction. I hope this helps a d good luck.
