Even if you can read with out the glasses it is better to read with the glasses on.
Repeated straining of your eyes can lead to headache and un easiness.
Regular use can prevent such episodes.

Glaucoma. 1 eye 20/30 the other 20/80. My vision has seen the tv as a little grainy, but only for a short while. Should I get some prescription glasses? My $5- store bought glasses work just fine. The prescription spectacles would cost me through the nose & I live on a fixed income. Thank you in advance. You are doing the Lords work & I shall say a short prayer for you for Him to do something nice for you.

Eye excercises could definitely help improve your far and near sightedness.
The excercises are frequent blinking ,side to side movements of the eye ball and reading or gazing at an object very closely till it blurs out, followed by side to side movement of eye ball.
Unfortunately nothing except your eye drops can help your glaucoma.
