Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist or Ophthalmologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unilateral vision loss may be due to glaucoma, cataract or some retinal pathology. Possibility of intracranial lesions should be considered too with headache.
Is there any redness of eye, periorbital pain?
Any vomiting, diplopia, seizure, loss of consciousness, diabetes?
You need to get examined by a neurologist or Ophthalmologist. Get your fundus examined.
Investigation can be planned accordingly like brain imaging and ocular investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
