Brief Answer:
Seems to be a severe migraine attack

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of acute migraine attack.

For relief of symptoms, you can take rizatriptan or sumatriptan tablets.

If symptoms still persist, you may visit the ER to get further evaluation and treatment.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
