Brief Answer:
some general information

Detailed Answer:
wihtout actually being here I cannot diagnose, prescribe, or refer but can give some general information.

Mainly the overall context on this tells everything. Specifically the time frame. So, if suddenly you have severe pain and sudden shortness of breath, this is a medical emergency and you have to go to the hospital immediately, probably by ambulance.
On the other hand if this has occurred in the context of your usual 10 mile daily run and you've found that gradually over the last 5 years you have had more trouble in the last 1 mile hill there are actually even more possible problems--but none that require an ambulance.

Frankly, one of the more likely and most serious is the flu. So, overall aches, with some lung symptoms and some temperature elevation is a big emergency NOT because you could die from it (technically yes, but rare) but instead that if you get onto an antiviral in the first 12 hrs or so, it can act as an ANTIDOTE and entirely remove the problem in another 12 hrs! so... if that is possible seek medical intervention immediately because you can be entirely fixed up!

Then, the more common things are viral illnesses, mild non flu infections, They cause MILD aches and not really large ones. The testicular aching is not common with viral infections but happens. Other possibilities are an injury to the testes OR infection OR twisting of it. These are more serious and the twisting especially needs immediate intervention to keep them from dying (painfully) off due to loss of blood flow.
