Suggest Treatment For Body Aches

Question: Last sunday 4th i was facing body pain - i was not sure whther it was because of my playing cricket or swimming.
on 5th i got little pain in my throat - very little discomfort
Body pain was under control on tuesday
7th - i am having running nose
8th it increased on 8th and now i have running nose since morning
Kindly suggest if i need to take any medication so as to get me well soon , i am planing/starting for a trek on 9th evening , the whole day of 10th i wish to occupy in treking before that i would like to feel better , Can you please help

Hi,

I think you should rely on intake as much fluids as possible like coconut water, plain butter milk, barley water. If body aches recur then you can take CROCIN upto 650mg.

You can go in for trek only if the temperatures are not soaring, fluid intake is the key. Take breaks in between.
