Brief Answer:
Abscess.

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for writing to us.

By the description you have given, your daughter may have an abscess of the skin, just a minor skin infection with accumulation of pus.

It ll be better if a pediatrician examines and prescribes the drug.

Currently to relieve the pain you can give her paracetamol drops around 16 drops each time every 8 hours once.

Get a doctor to examine as soon as possible.

Thank you, regards.
