Question : I have a boil on the left of my left nipple, it is oozing blood n some semi white n transparent liquid in very small quantity, like out of a puncture. There is a 50 paise coin size lump below it. It was not there in the morning, I did not know it existed until I got home an hour ago. I am very worried.

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Lump in the breast and a boil over it is more likely due to an infective pathology, likely to be breast abscess. It can be due to infection or any trauma to the breast, or a boil which has caused inflammation below it in the breast tissue to be felt like a lump.
I will suggest you to consult a surgeon so that you can be properly examined, investigated to rule out any risk of cancer, which is very low, and get appropriate treatment.
I suggest you not to worry and take some analgesic till the time you consult a doctor.
