tThese boils that you are mentioning over vagina, they may be small multiple clear fluid filled blisters which may be painful and itchy. If so then these are herpes zoster lesions which is an std.
The best would be if you can attach a photograph of the same for opinion and a diagnosis of the nature of boils or skin lesion.
If its herpes then you have to be started on antivirals both orally and local application soon.
Hence , you may either visit your local gynecologist for an opinion or attach a picture of the same.
