Brief Answer:
Weak bones, increased stress on bones

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Bone pain could be due to increased stress due to lot of standing, walking, marching and running.

Other causes could be due to weak bones due to Osteoporosis, Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency.

It is best to get Xray of the painful regions and get a Serum Calcium and Vitamin D tested to rule out Osteomalacia.

Apply hot packs to the painful regions. Avoid prolonged standing, walking or running. You can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.

Keep your limbs elevated while sleeping.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available for follow up queries.
