Brief Answer:
Good strategy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com

If BP data provided are a result of Lisinopril 10mg, then it is ok.
Zocor 20mg for cholesterol 201-215 is ok, I would check cholesterol data in a month and evaluate efficacy. Statin choice depends her additional risks, if she has CAD, previous MI, strong heredity she will need more aggressive cholesterol lowering strategy.
In case of peptic ulcer I would refer patient to gastroenterologist for H. Pylori check and full treatment.

Hope this helps
