Question : my 25 year old daughter has vomiting attacks that evovl into dry retching how can this be stopped?
she has suffered from this since she was 14

Needs further work up

Detailed Answer:
Hello the symptoms could be because of GERD. I would suggest to take omeprazole for a period of two months along with domperidone You will need a prescription for the domperidone . In case the symptoms persist the she would need an Upper GI endoscopy followed by a Oesophageal motility study.
Please consult a gastroenterologist regarding this
