Brief Answer:
Honestly, there are no preventive measures, just a few steps for care

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Cysts are a sac containing fluid, air or fat. There are numerous types of cysts, and quite honestly most of them cannot be prevented in any way. Women prone to cysts should work with their doctor towards maintaining a healthy hormone level. Maintain good hygiene and keep your breasts clean at all times to prevent the blockage of any ducts.

Other than this ma'am, quite honestly there is nothing more that can be done to prevent cysts as there are no specific or confirmed preventive measures.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Quite honestly there are no sure shot preventive measures

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

My sincere apologies for not reading that well enough.

Let me start by saying that calcium deposits in the breast are in no way related to the calcium levels in the body. Some of the most common causes are ageing, hormonal imbalances, previous trauma to the breast, etc.

But quite honestly there have been no specific established causes and so we cannot really do much to prevent calcium deposits in the breast ma'am, I am sorry about that.

I hope you find my response helpful and once again, my most sincere apologies for not reading your query well enough the first time around.

Best wishes.
