Brief Answer:
Symptoms of withdrawal from breast feeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Stopping breast feeding after a prolonged duration leads to collection of milk in the breasts leading to breast engorgement, tenderness and lumpy texture of the breasts.
She should express the milk and further take 2 tablets of cabergoline 0.5 mg, after written prescription of an OBGYN specialist, to suppress the breastmilk production.
She can apply some heat by water bag to ease the pain.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
