Question : I fell Sunday morning now it hurts to breathe

Generally if you have injured your chest, there might be a rib fracture. If so, the pain should appear when breathing and should not be such intense when not breathing.
It is good to have it diagnose with an x-ray. Its because in some cases rib fracture can cause pneumothorax.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have ribs x-ray and chest x-ray.
