                                            Question : Hello Doctor,
Since, past one month I have mild breathing problem (specifically gives trouble at night), coughing,Sneezing, discomfort in chest. I am taking hot water steam everyday but it looks like it snot curing. In January 2016 i have admitted to hospital because of Bronchitis and there Doctor advised me that my one part of lung stopped working, so they given some antibiotic for that and it got cured.

From your description it appears that you are having asthma like symptoms.
Though You have mentioned that you do not have any known allergies but sometimes after a bout of infection airways become sensitive and react to common lergdns in the atmosphere like dust and smoke.
I suggest you nebulize yourself with Duolin and budecort respules 2 to 3 times a day, take montair lc tablet once a day. you will feel better. Avoid dust and smoke.
