Question : Hi Doctor,
I am a pregnant with 10 weeks. I am an asthma patient. Before pregnancy, I use to use Esiflo 125 inhaler. From Morning I am feeling breathing problem. Please suggest me which inhaler I need to use. As It was Sunday, no pulmonologist are available to visit. I am going to visit pulmonologist tomorrow.

Take short acting inhaler.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion you are needing short acting beta 2 agonist (SABA) along with esiflo.
SABA includes levosalbutamol.
It's action starts in 1-2 minutes.
So you can take levosalbutamol now. You can take it every two hourly as a rescue inhaler.
Continue esiflo twice daily.
Trade name of levosalbutamol is Levolin or Salbair.
