Question: Hi I am XXXX my father is safring from Parkinson's problem he has been advised 1/2 tablet 4 times a day and 1 tablet of Rasalect 0.5 morning and evening. But he is having breathlessness and pain in arms and legs. Please advise. My phone number is 0000 and mail ID YYYY@YYYY

In my opinion, we should first rule out lung related causes for his breathlessness.
So first get done chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
He may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) if PFT is showing obstructive Airway defect.
