Question : Hi,

Am 33 years old male, no smoking, no alcohol, vegeterian. I get chest tightness and breathless while climbing stairs. I have had TMT and ECHO done and both of the results didn't show any problems. As problems persisted, I consulted a cardiologist and got a coronary CT angiogram done as well. It showed that calcium score is 0 and none of the arteries are blocked. I dont understand what is the problem with my heart. Can you please clarify

Brief Answer:
Lung function evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

If I were you, I would get a lung function test as well to assess my lung capacity. If the problem is only during stairs you should compare with a healthy person of your age and gender who also climb the stairs.
few people have smaller lung capacity and would not be able to do the stairs as others.
I suggest the next thing is to get the lung evaluation by Pulmonologist.
