Brief Answer:
Please, get an X-ray or CT scan of the sinuses!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. While this is very suggestive of sinus infection, its non response to treatments means there could be favoring local factors that may require surgical drainage. I will suggest that you get imaging studies to look at the sinus and make sure there are no blockages favoring infections. I will not advocate for continuous antibiotics use as well. An ENT should also collect a sample and send to the laboratory for culture. This culture will identify the germ and provide direct information on what antibiotics are best adapted to kill them.

In all, get a culture and Xray done to understand favoring factors, Identify the exact germ and what antibiotics work best for it. This will allow us to put a comprehensive plan to address this infection.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to request for more information and clarifications if need be.

Kind regards and keep me posted on your progress!
